FC168 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

By completing the FC168 registration process and creating an Account, or by continuing to access or use the FC168 platform after any amendment to these Terms has been posted, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with the FC168 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules that may apply to particular services you use.

These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and FC168 regarding the subject matter herein. No oral representation by any FC168 representative, whether made through live chat, email, or any other channel, shall override or modify these Terms unless confirmed in writing by an authorised FC168 officer and incorporated into an official amendment to these Terms.

To be eligible to register and maintain an FC168 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You are a natural person, not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You reside in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not excluded from gaming by any self-exclusion order, court order, or regulatory directive.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, agent, or close family member of an FC168 employee or a company in the FC168 group.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.

FC168 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Providing false information regarding your eligibility — including false date of birth — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds held in the account.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on FC168. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, mobile numbers, or payment details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any other account access information with any third party. FC168 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including:

• Your legal full name as it appears on your government-issued identification;
• A valid Philippine mobile number registered in your name;
• A date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older;
• Any additional information FC168 may reasonably request as part of KYC procedures.

You must notify FC168 promptly if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. Notification should be made via the 24/7 live chat support channel. FC168 will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving a verified unauthorised access report.

All financial transactions on FC168 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). FC168 supports the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, UnionBank, InstaPay, and PESONet. Supported payment methods are subject to change at FC168's discretion without prior notice.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to your FC168 account instantly. Bank transfers via InstaPay and PESONet are credited subject to the processing times of the relevant financial institution.
• FC168 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever operationally possible.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 unless otherwise stated.
• FC168 targets a processing window of 5–30 minutes for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals. Bank transfer withdrawals are subject to banking hours and may take up to one (1) business day.
• FC168 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending KYC verification, fraud investigation, or regulatory compliance review.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the applicable bonus terms.

FC168 offers the following game categories: live casino (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, sic bo, dragon tiger, casino poker), slot games, sports betting, bingo, and e-sabong. Each category is governed by its own game-specific rules displayed within the platform. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules prevail with respect to the mechanics of gameplay and wager settlement.

All digital games on FC168 use independently certified Random Number Generators (RNG). Return to Player (RTP) percentages are disclosed per game title within the platform. Live casino games are operated from a dedicated studio environment with real physical equipment — cards, roulette wheels, dice — subject to independent audit.

FC168 reserves the right to void any wager or series of wagers where there is evidence of system error, game malfunction, data feed failure, or any other technical irregularity that may have materially affected the integrity of the game outcome. In such cases, the voided wager amount will be returned to the Player's account.

Sports betting markets are offered on a best-efforts basis. FC168 may suspend, restrict, or close any betting market at any time without prior notice, including in response to information suggesting irregularities in the underlying sporting event.

FC168 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to registered Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms applicable to each promotion, which will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. The following general conditions apply to all FC168 bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are only available to Players who have met all eligibility requirements, including age verification.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses must be used within the expiry period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• Wagering requirements attached to bonuses must be fulfilled before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms.
• FC168 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players with active bonus balances in progress will be permitted a reasonable period to complete applicable wagering requirements.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting promotional terms in conjunction with low-risk wagering strategies designed to extract guaranteed value — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account closure.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the FC168 platform:

1. Registering more than one account per individual;
2. Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or any verification process;
3. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other automated means to interact with the platform;
4. Engaging in collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
5. Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors — any such exploitation must be reported to FC168 immediately;
6. Initiating chargebacks or reversals through your payment provider in bad faith;
7. Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud;
8. Attempting to access FC168's backend systems, databases, or any restricted areas of the platform;
9. Harassing, threatening, or abusing FC168 staff or other Players through any communication channel;
10. Using the platform while located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited under applicable local law.

FC168 reserves the right to take any or all of the following actions in response to prohibited conduct: immediate account suspension or closure; forfeiture of account balance; recovery of funds paid out as a result of prohibited conduct; and referral of the matter to Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

All content on the FC168 platform — including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, logos, text, audio, video, interface design, and data compilations — is the property of FC168 or its third-party licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the FC168 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming activities in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any FC168 content.

The FC168 name, logo, and all associated branding are trademarks of the Company. You must not use any FC168 trademark, service mark, or branding in any manner that could cause confusion or that disparages or discredits FC168.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FC168 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds resulting from technical failures beyond FC168's reasonable control; interruptions to service resulting from maintenance, network outages, or force majeure events; or decisions made by you based on information displayed on the platform.

FC168's aggregate liability to you under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of funds held in your FC168 account at the time the claim arises. Nothing in these Terms limits FC168's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

FC168 provides the following responsible gaming controls to all registered Players, accessible directly from the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Loss Limits: Define a maximum loss amount per session, after which the platform will automatically end your gaming session.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications at set intervals during active gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break of 24 hours to 30 days during which you will be unable to deposit or participate in games.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the FC168 platform. FC168 will make all reasonable efforts to enforce self-exclusion across its services.

Voluntary Closure: You may close your FC168 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Prior to closure, any pending wagering requirements attached to active bonuses will be forfeited. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times and applicable KYC verification.

Closure by FC168: FC168 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity; regulatory direction; or inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months.

In the event of account closure by FC168 for cause, any funds associated with fraudulent or prohibited activity may be withheld pending investigation. FC168 will provide notice of account closure where required by applicable law and where doing so does not compromise an ongoing investigation.

FC168 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, with reasonable advance notice prior to the effective date of the amendment — except where immediate amendment is required by law, regulation, or to prevent harm to the platform or its users.

The current version of these Terms, including the effective date, will always be available on this page. Your continued use of the FC168 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines with respect to any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the FC168 platform.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact FC168 support through the 24/7 live chat channel to seek resolution of any complaint or dispute. FC168 aims to resolve Player complaints within five (5) business days of receipt of a formal written complaint submitted via [email protected].

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaint process, Players may refer the matter to PAGCOR or any other applicable regulatory authority with jurisdiction over online gaming in the Philippines.
